Allow me to introduce myself, I'm Justin, LMT, NCSF-CSC. I've been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and have been a manual therapist for the last 2 years. I've lifted heavy, ran 10 milers, and have learned a lot about injury along the way.
Besides having a few aches and pains myself, I've found that many of us deal with ongoing pain every day. Most of us have learned to ignore and live with it. I'm here to tell you, you don't have to live with chronic aches and pains.
How do we fix it? I find results using a combination of Functional Anatomy, Pain Neuroscience, Manual Therapy, and Strength Intervention to help achieve goals of alleviating pain, increasing range of motion, and have a better quality of life.
